About Sunny Acres Alpacas
Sunny Acres Alpacas began with the purchase of 4 alpacas in 2003.
When we first began we never thought we would have more than
a few alpacas, but once we got the fever we couldn't stop ourselves.
The alpacas have become all consuming, even though we have full-time
jobs and full-time kids. For us, it is definitely a way of life. Our twins,
Austin and Emma, were born about a year after we started the alpaca
adventure and they adore the alpacas as well. Some of our
best times are spent out with the kids and the alpacas in
the evenings after a long day's work at our "real" jobs.
Although we have alpacas in many colors, we have
decided to focus our efforts on producing beautiful blacks
and silver greys with great fiber and pleasant personalities.
We are constantly on the lookout for superior females
to add to our breeding stock. We also look for outstanding
males from a variety of bloodlines to keep our herd diverse.
We pride ourselves on superior support and service and
our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with
our ranch and Alpacas!
